ONLINE VIDEO TRAINING: Work out with “me” in your own home or gym! You will have an exact plan of what to do for every trip to the gym, or in your home, no matter where you’re located! Every month you will receive a new challenging workout that offer moves for every fitness level, plus a meal guide for maximum results. Granting you access to my private training page, you will be able to watch video demonstrations of each exercise before you do them! This will teach you how to train your body for your specific goals on your own, and best of all on your own time!

I developed these workouts based on years of figuring out what worked for me and what kept me interested in working out. These are challenging workouts but I give options for all fitness levels.

LHF Online Monthly Plan Includes:

  • NEW functional workouts that change, stay fresh and keep your body challenged every month
  • 3 High Intensity Strength training routines per week in PDF form
  • Every exercise is demonstrated, showing versions for beginners and experts on the LHF Online Video Glossary
  • Special Access to LHF Online Video Monthly Stretching routine
  • Two monthly conference calls with Lori and the other clients (week 1 and week 3) to check in, get motivated and ask any questions you have.
  • A Private Facebook page just for online clients to ask questions, check in, and keep each other engaged!
  • Most workouts on the plan can be done either in home or the gym. Most of the workouts generally use self-resistance, dumbbells, lighter barbells, a bosu ball, bench or step, and sometimes things like jump ropes or medicine balls.

General meal planning guide 

Gives you an idea of what foods to be choosing and healthy portion sizes to fuel your goals and see results. This is not a diet or nutritional program and the guide will not be tweaked for you. Instead, this is a general guide to help you learn about food and portion sizes.
