My fiance and I got engaged in January 2010. This was very exciting for both of us, but it was also a reality check! We had set a wedding date of November 2010, which meant a fairly short time to get myself back in shape. Over the last few years, I had gained more weight than I cared to imagine. I knew that losing weight and getting back in shape was what I needed in life, but knew I couldn’t do it alone. I had heard about Lori and decided to give her a call. After my first meeting with her, I knew my life was about to change. I started training with her 3 times a week, then moved to her monthly program with personal training sessions mixed in. I also have followed her nutrition program. I love the variety and excitement in her workouts and that they change every month. I also love eating clean, healthy foods. My goal was to lose 40 pounds by my wedding in November. In 4 1/2 months, I lost 28 pounds! I am now 12 pounds away from my goal and I still have 4 months till my wedding. I could not do this without the training plans, nutrition advice, and motivation I receive every day from Lori!
