Lori Harder Fitness offers one-on-one Personal Training and Nutritional counseling in a private studio setting or in the comfort of your home. Each program will be catered to your individual needs and specific goals.

Consultation Includes: 45 minutes to discuss your health and fitness goals. During this consultation we will discuss a plan of action to attain short and long-term goals. The key is accountability, motivation and creating a plan that is enjoyable. Together we will create a realistic healthy lifestyle.

Training Sessions: Initial training includes assessment, measurements and workout in a non threatening environment set at your own pace. Following sessions are one hour, and include a workout, strength training, cardio and stretching.

Nutritional Counseling: This includes the following options:

  • Show you how food affects your body, mind, mood and energy level.
  • Teach you how to make healthier choices in any situation.
  • Give you options and food lists to make eating healthy easier and attainable.
  • Show you how and when to pair foods together to lose weight and stay satisfied.
  • Give you a daily guideline with food of your choice catered to you and your goals.
  • Teach you how to eat for specific goals.
  • Teach you a lifestyle rather than a diet.

LHF Monthly Workout Plan: You will have an exact plan of what you will do at every trip to the gym. This will teach you to navigate and train your body for your specific goals on your own and best of all your own time! I will include video glossaries so you never have to guess how to do your routine. The monthly plan includes scheduled personal check in calls and access to me for any training questions you may have. This will add the accountability that will help keep you on track. The monthly plan earns maximum results when paired with weekly or bi-weekly training sessions.
