As a fitness competitor, model, and trainer, nothing makes me feel better than accomplishment. Whether it’s placing well in a major show, helping a client achieve another training milestone, or having fun doing a photo shoot, I put my all into it!
I first realized my passion for fitness in my early teens, when I realized my lifestyle and genes had me on the fast track to obesity. I picked up a couple fitness magazines, and decided to change my own fate. Now, years later, I feel blessed to be doing what I love, and creating a successful career out of it!
As a fitness competitor, I have competed in Figure and Bikini in both the Fitness America Federation, and the NPC as well. Having placed in the top five or better in every show I’ve entered, it proves that having support, consistency, and balance will always pay off.
As a fitness model, I love being in front of a camera or a crowd. My most recent highlights include several appearances in Oxygen Magazine, among other publications. I am also lucky enough to travel the country representing fitness products and supplement companies.
As a trainer, I take great pride in helping women reach their goals. Whether its just to lose weight, gain confidence, or compete at a pro fitness level, I can help you with it all. I love the diversity in all of my clients, and their goals become mine. As a CSF (Cathy Savage Fitness) Ambassador, I am available to prepare any fitness, bikini or figure competitors in the Minnesota area. Likewise, for anyone who has a goal to take control of their lives thru health, wellness, and fitness, I am available in my studio, or at a place of your convenience to help you achieve those goals.
As a devoted wife, family member, and trainer, I know that support is crucial in achieving happiness and success. For me, believing that we create our own destiny is what keeps me motivated to do something today that will make tomorrow better. I strive to be the best role model and example I can be, in hopes of paying forward the same support and motivation that has been given to me.
